Plugin barely compatible with latest WordPress Versions

  • Hi Chatra,

    Your Plugin has not been updated for over 11 months and I am having compatibility issues with WordPress version 6.2. The Chatra button does not show on most mobile devices and the ones that it does, it is off the page and causing the layout to break.

    Will you be releasing an update anytime soon or should your users be looking for a new Live Chat solution?

    Crazy as sounds, I am still waiting for an update for this plugin, as it has all but brought my website to a standstill, when active?

    Are we to assume this plugin is no longer being supported?
