[Plugin: BackWPup] Not able to backup to GMail

My backups are split into 2 parts, database backup and a file backup. I email each part to a gmail account. The DB backup is 5.99MB and has no problems. The file backup is 16MB and gives me an error. Here is the log…

I’ve verified that GMail allows for attachments up to 25MB. The error I get is…

All of the settings are the same between the 2 jobs. The only difference is DB backup/File backup. Does anyone know what my be causing my problem?
