[Plugin: BackWPup] fix for memory exhausted

I’m trying to backup a site files and DB, it says there are 228 MB to backup and it gives an error:
[ERROR]Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 5672818 bytes)
how can I fix this?
