[Plugin: BackWPup] Cannot Add To File Zip File

Hi, I have over 1800 errors with the explanation “cannot add to file zip file…”
I am using GoDaddy shared hosting and I have ensured that the directories and files are “web visible” and “web writable”
A majority of the backup works and all of the problem files are located in either:
plugins, themes, uploads, or includes…how can I resolve this?
