[Plugin: BackWPup] BUG: Does not backup wp-includes/template-loader.php

I uplaoded the backup to my new server and noticed that wp-includes/template-loader.php is not in backup. Who knows maybe more files are not backed up. i checked few archyves in all of them there is no such file and it’s REALLY not added to exclusions.
