• Hello:
    I fill in all the information for dropbox, sugarsync, or amazon. It is authorized/verified/accepted. I then click SAVE, and it says it has saved.
    I scroll down to where I just entered all that backup destination information, and it has all been erased. Nothing there.
    And if try to run the backup, no destination defined.
    I am using Firefox or Chrome.
    I have a multisite install.
    I have tried disabling most plugins, nothing works.
    Any ideas please?
    Thank You.

  • I only plan to use amazon S3. so I check auto backup once per day, filled out the amazon S3 information (it found my buckets and everything just fine) click save and all the amazon s3 information is gone.

    if I try to backup it says there is no destination.

    “activate scheduling” also becomes unchecked even though I checked it.

    I have tried this on around 4 or 5 blogs… all with the same results.

    Same exact problem as jesseall

    Jessali, the problem is with the PHP.ini settings.

    BackWPUp sends a crap ton of POST variables and, unless your .ini file is setup to handle that many, it will drop some of the variables

    We had to set ours to 6000 from 1000

    ; How many GET/POST/COOKIE input variables may be accepted
    max_input_vars = 6000

    @gunnertech:
    ok that is changed in Version 3 ??
