    In Tools, Backups,under Manage Backups Each list such as Complete weekl, Complete daily, etc has a wheel next to it that is going around and around nonstop and I cannot do a manual backup and there is no list of backups completed under “This is where your backups will appear once you have one.

    Under each list like above for example Complete weekly where the wheels are going around and around, there are lists of backups.

    I want and need a backup ability before the new version of wordpress comes out this month. Help with set up would be very appreciated.

    Can you cancel the running backups?

    No, it will not let me cancel the continuous running backups. Plus, I uninstalled the plugin completely and the back up is still there and performing under Tools, Backups. I did try to find another plugin to work which is called wordpress remote. It must be related to the BackUpWordPress plugin in order for the Manage Backups to still be on my site and running. So now, I am a mess.

    If you delete the schedules from the backups page everything will be good.
