[Plugin: Background Manager] css background-image

This is done in the file wp-content/plugins/background-manager/app/Myatu/Wordpress/BackgroundManager/Main.php.

However, you can also use the Background Manager’s “Custom Stylesheet” option when editing an Image Gallery. You could add something like:

body {
background-image: url('https://mysite/myimage.png') !important;
}
