[Plugin: AZIndex] Need to call on a custom field with multiple values

I have a custom field called “title” that I apply to each post. Some posts have multiple “title” fields and I know how to display all values in my posting temple. My problem is that I need to make an “title” index, which lists each title as a link to the post. The plugin only displays a single (the first?) value in the title field and ignores the others, which is problematic when posts can have as many as thirty titles. That’s a lot of information left out!

I’ve seen at least one other person in this forum asking about this, so I know I’m not the only person wishing there was a way to resolve this. Can someone help me out?

If there’s no way to fix the plugin to do this, could someone tell me if there’s a guide to how to create the sort of index I need somewhere?
