[Plugin: Awesome Google Adsense] How to place some padding

How can I put some padding around the adsense code so it doesn’t press right upside the article content. I want to distinguish each as an add per the Google Terms.

I would also like to add a small text at the very top of each Google add that states, “advertisement” and would like it to be a light gray.

This would truly satisfy the Google terms.
