There is nowhere on this page for me to install my AWeber Web Form Plugin
Under installation it says “on this page, click the link next to “Step 1”
There is no link on this page, there is no step 1 there is nowhere for me to click on a link

Once you have the plugin installed to your WordPress site you
should see a link called “AWeber Web Form” in your side list of
menu options like the screenshot below. If that’s not there, then
something isn’t registering correctly and we need figure out
what that is.
