[Plugin: AutoThumb] website thumbnail using open.thumbshots.org

hi,

i found that your plugin is GREAT but i have problem when using open.thumbshots.org thumbnails service.
the image url syntax:
https://open.thumbshots.org/image.pxf?url=adomain.com

autothumb produce image url something like this:
https://wp28.local/wp-content/plugins/autothumb/image.php?src=https://open.thumbshots.org/image.pxf&w=70&aoe=1&q=100&url=adomain.com&hash=b604240f75dd7cd990c33101343635ff

is there any workaround on this ?
