[Plugin: Autoptimize] Why does it create 2 CSS files?

So far I used WP Minify, but it was worth giving Autoptimize a try. It has improved my ‘waterfall’ and reduced page load time by almost 10%. (compared to WP Minify).
However, does anybody know why it creates two CSS files?
