E.g.
On https://www.madridgalacticos.com I’ve to manually enter <!–nextpage–>
in POST html, most of the time.

Occasionally, new post automatically becomes paginated.

In the posts that don’t automatically paginate, have you used the <!--more--> Quicktag?
