Moved site to new domain, now duplicate posts happening

Using version 2.1.4.
I migrated a site to a new domain, I did a find and replace in the database to replace the site URLs.
But now when the yt importer auto-runs, I end up with duplicate posts, 2 of each.
Why is this happening? Could you point me to where this logic exists in your plugin code? I am more than happy to write a patch to fix this issue.
