Plugin: Autolink words in content

I had a website about 15 years ago on a completely different platform that had a plugin called “autolinker” In the ACP for the plugin you could type a word and then enter the URL of the page or post on the site you’d like the word to be automatically linked to. For example, if I typed up a post and had the word “Falcons” hockey team, once I saved the page and viewed it the word Falcons was automatically hyperlinked to the Falcons team page on my site. Is there a plugin like this available for WordPress?
