Plugin auto update by svn

    I have uploaded my plugin on wordpress. because of some reasons I had uninstall tortoise-svn from my local windows system. when I visited plugins page it is always showing Last Updated: 1 min ago.
    I don’t know why this is recursively gets updated. I am completely new to svn.
    Any help appreciated.
