[Plugin: Author Advertising Plugin] Author profiles – Where do they enter their adsense code

I have setup the plugin with my information, but on author profiles there is no textfield to add the author’s ca-pub code or the google slot code.

Not sure how to get this working for authors, and need help. Already emailed at harleyquine without response. thanks.
