Plugin Authentication Error

    Hello

    I’ve just created an account with ContactUS and downloaded and installed CHAT and NEWSLETTER.

    When it asks me to enter my email name and password into the plugins I receive an “Error: Authentication error: Invalid Email and/or Password”

    When I log into the Contactus website using the same details I can get into that though.

    Any ideas on whats going on?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for taking the time to report this. We went in and ran internal testing procedures but we were unable to replicate the issue you’re reporting. I’ve just made logins on the WordPress plugins using my credentials and everything worked just fine. I made a video for you to check it out: https://screencast.com/t/Xj7brf9hB.

    If you’re still unable to login, please make sure you are using the correct email address you use to login in the website and the correct password as well. I suggest you to use a notepad or something to write down the password and email correctly. Then, copy and paste them into the correct fields (make sure to copy just the text and not blank spaces).
