    @mark8barnes:

Have you tried the latest release? Audio Player does use swfobject but I renamed the bundled swfobject so that it doesn’t clash with others. I think I introduced it in 2.0b4.

Give 2.0b5 a go and let me know whether the IE7 problem is still there.

    @onewalrus:

This could be caused by a conflict with another plugin. Can you give me a list of plugins you installed alongside Audio Player?

    Martin

    Martin,
    my plugins are:
    All in One SEO Pack
    Customize (Freshy2 theme)
    Easy Tube
    Flexible upload
    Google XML Sitemaps
    Gravatar
    TinyMCE Advanced
    WP-PostRatings
    WP-PostRatings Widget
    I’ll try the new version!
    Thank you

Tried the new version, still not working
I deactivated the following plugins in order to make it work, without luck:
    All in One SEO Pack
    Flexible upload
    Google XML Sitemaps
    TinyMCE Advanced
    Thank you for your help

    @alyssonlago:

Which browser / operating system are you using?

    Martin

    I was using Firefox 2.
Switched to Firefox 3 today, same problems.
My operating system is a Mac OS X 10.4.11
However, I also have a PC with Windows XP SP2 and Firefox 2 and tried to work there, with the same results: still unable to modify my display/color scheme.
    My website is
    https://www.indierocker.net
    Thank You

Oh, and I tried to make it work with an IE on my PC, and it doesn’t work too.

OK. I don’t have any other suggestions but I really want to get this fixed because it could be a big problem.

If the color picker doesn’t work, there must be a problem with JavaScript in your admin panel. The only way I can help is to see what’s going on. Is there any way you could give me temporary access to your WP admin so I can have a look? If you can, email me at martin [at] 1pixelout [dot] net.

    Martin

    Email sent.
    Thanks!

I checked your website in FF3 and Audio Player works perfectly. What do you mean by ‘not working’. Can you see the player? Can you click the play button?

    Martin

Interesting since I cannot even see it in my FF3 from my home or work PC.
My coworker’s FF3 works fine. It must be then something with my settings.

I figure it out what it was. It was my Ad Block extension for FF. Disabling it didn’t help. I had to uninstall it to work.
I am using AdBlock Plus now with no issues.

    Regards

    Upped to v.2.0b5
    Changes:
    – Color-pickers are now completely non-functioning
    – Player itself works perfectly

I’m not real concerned about it as everything is in perfect order on three other sites with the updated player. This particular site has many plugins as you can see HERE.

LOL ok just get it to play AAC+ please

Using Mac OS X 10.4.11, Firefox 3: When visiting a WordPress 2.5.1 site with Audio Player plugin, the flash audio control is not visible at all – only list bullets appear.

Disabling ‘Stop Autoplay 0.7.3’ add-on made the audio player appear. Normally this add-on will superimpose a small green play button over flash objects that might otherwise start playing immediately (like the annoying players on myspace). See https://hemiolapei.free.fr/divers/sap/sap-en.html – maybe this info can help you figure out what is happening for some folks above.

    Hi,

We really love your audio, everything works great, but today I noticed that all my colors changed back to default (grey) and now the colors can’t be changed.
I am using 2.5.1 WP and 2.0b4 audio player.
Did I do something wrong to make the colors not work anymore?
