[Plugin: Audio Player] Showing Up In Blog, Not On Site

  • Hey Everyone

    I’m having a problem with my site that must have recently started happening, but I’m not sure how long it’s been going on.

    I’m using the audio player and just upgraded to 2.0.4.1. I’m still using WordPress 2.2 but not sure if that is the problem here.

    The audio player works great on my blog.

    But I import my blog content on my site and the audio player is not showing. Instead I get this error:

    Audio clip: Adobe Flash Player (version 9 or above) is required to play this audio clip. Download the latest version here. You also need to have JavaScript enabled in your browser.

    Upgrading flash does not solve the issue.

    Any ideas here?

  • I’m not sure how you are accessing the content on your non-wordpress site, but maybe all you need to do is put the audio player script in the head section of the non-wordpress site to access the player. …But that’s just a flat out guess on my part.

    There might be something under the Standalone version instructions that could spark an idea or two.
