[PLUGIN: Askimet] FAiled connecting to their servers

    Hi everyone,

    I changed 7 days ago the ip adress of my main website, which is a wordpress blog. (dedicated ip adress was changed and my DNS ip’s were changed)
    Suddenly I received the msg that Askimet cant be used anymore:

    Akismet has detected a problem. A server or network problem is preventing Akismet from working correctly. Click here for more information about how to fix the problem.

    Server Connectivity

Unable to find Akismet servers.

A DNS problem or firewall is preventing all access from your web server to Akismet.com. Akismet cannot work correctly until this is fixed. Please contact your web host or firewall administrator and give them this information about Akismet and firewalls.

Last checked 5 hours ago.

    However I have no clue on how to solve it, since my server has no firewall, nothing was changed at my servers setup; only the ip of the site was changed and the DNS ip’s were changed as well.

    my server host has sent me this:

    Please noet that Iweb technologies, we do not block any IP or port on
our network.
I also loged to your server and was able to connect to the domain you
provided, as you can see in this output :
