[Plugin: Artiss YouTube Embed] Changelog Order Change

I suggest that you reorder changelog in your plugin’s readme.txt so that latest version appears on the top. It becomes cumbersome to scroll through the whole changelog just to read a single line of change in the latest version. And I guess it would be easier for you as well to maintain it that way if you can see the last changes made at the top.

Its a very small change but can really save some unnecessary clicks and mouse action.
