[Plugin: Article Templates] how to use article templates

Interesting idea, but not sure I understand it.

I went into “manage templates”, then started to add new template. I’m looking at a WYSIWYG Editor, I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do?

Am I supposed to put content into the template, code, tables, ??
