[Plugin: Appointment Calendar] Design Issues & missing functions
-
Hi there,
first of all, the idea of the plugin is great. But there are some things I don’t understand. When viewing the calendar in backend it looks “kind of” good. When adding a new date a window appears that looks like it was designed at least. When viewing the calendar in frontend:
– There is only 1 field where the user can click onto.
– After clicking, a default jquery-ui-interface in orange appears where the user needs to pick a date and a time etc…
Is there a reason that the way nicer backend calendar wasn’t used in frontend? Also when I click in backend to “booking management” there are already some dummy entries. These cannot be deleted, even if I change them to “cancelled” first. Also new entries cannot be deleted.
I think the plugin is not working as supposed is it?
BTW: It would be very cool if there would be the following function: The admin can insert dates which the user can select in frontend and book something. In my case only several hours per week can be booked, so at the moment the administrator needs to make not the couple of bookable events but create “unbookable” events week after week so that only a couple of hours remain where users can book something.
