Plugin appears not to be working

Sounds maybe like a caching issue. Do you have a cache plugin/server caching happening? If so change age gate to the Javascript mode in the advanced settings then clear all the caches and seem that that sorts it

Hi Phil,

Thanks for getting back to us. I have enabled the javascript option and it works on ‘All Content’. If I select ‘Selected Content’ it goes back to not working. I was expecting the selected content to show some options so I can say what to show on but nothing changed when that option is selected.

Ah I see, you should have a meta box on the page edit screen where you set the content to be restricted or not. Here’s what it looks like: https://imgur.com/a/2KhAdqD

If you’re using classic editor it’ll be at the top, in Gutenberg probably about half way done the options panel.

So I have enabled on the /shop. How do I do it on the WooCommerce products? The shop sells wines.

Hi @bsweb,

You’ll then get the settings on each product. If that seems a bit tedious, you could scrap the meta box (can be turned of in the access settings) and use a filter instead combined with is_shop and is_product. I can give you an example if you need.

Also, yeah the docs probably need some attention, I’m trying to to a big update to the plugin that would coincide with a full doc rewrite but struggle to fit it in!
