[Plugin: AnythingSlider for WordPress] Why is AnythingSlider scaling my images?

I’m using AnythingSlider for WordPress. Mainly because it supports YouTube videos. Which is great. However, I’d like to know how to solve this issue. On the homepage of my client’s new site, the YouTube player is exactly the right size. 460×259. However, for some reason AS is scaling down the JPEG slideshow on the left. The images seem to scale a little bit leaving some padding that shouldn’t be. I go to View the image in my browser (Firefox 14.0.1/Mac) and the image is the correct size. So why would it be scaling it a tad?

Also, any way to change the timing of both slideshow so each show can have its’ own settings?
