[Plugin: Antispam Bee] Please explain a few settings

There isn’t much documentation. I found this addon works neatly. However, I don’t know what these options mean; what difference do they make?
- Limit on ‘comments/post’
- Enable stricter inspection for incomming comments
- Comments are also used outside of posts and pages
