[Plugin: Another WordPress Classifieds Plugin] AWPCP conflicts with anything slider

I use the anything slider on my site, but when I activate AWPCP on my site, the slider immediately stops sliding. This exact issue is discussed in the AWPCP forums here (https://www.awpcp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=491&p=2070&hilit=templatic#p2070) but when I implement the “fix” described there, there is no change. Has anyone else found a way around this?
