    I will try to install “WordFence” and I will add a fix if there was incompatibility.

    Hello Wing,

    I don’t think that the issue was caused by WordFence. There was a bug which happens when the user updated from the “Manage Users” page. Please update the plugin and you have to update the old users again. Just click on “Edit” then click on the “Update User” button.

    Please, let me know if the upgrade solve the issue.

    Yes thank you Waseem. The issue was fixed after I updated the plugin.
