• I search everywhere and cant seem to find a recent topic on the following sorry if I am repeating something old, if I am please forward a good link to resolution.

Whenever I try to download a new plugin or update a current plugin I get the following:

    Downloading install package…..

No matter how long I wait nothing else happens. The crazy part is the plugin is actually installed properly but there is never a visual confirmation and I never get the option to activate like I do on my other WP sites.

I already check with my hosting company and confirmed that my memory limits are set at 128M.

Anyone else have any ideas on how to fix this so the customer can receive the visual conformation that everything updated or installed properly.

Details: Site is running php_5, WP 3.6, Server Apache

    Thanks in advance.

I haven’t tried did that work for you? Funny thing is I installed a plugin in today and it installed fine but then seconds late I did another and back to the same old same.

Is it happening to you in all browsers or just IE?

NO..I am using Firefox on Mac Os X 10.6.8 and it happens on all of my browsers….very annoying

Yeah I think it had something to do with each plugin itself, it seems that as time goes on more and more plugin are installing without an issue. Read alot about a JAVA update that caused alot of problems. Maybe we will get lucky and it will fix itself over time.
