The issue occurs when I configure a new plugin path within the rewrite section. Also when I create a new plugin path for individual plugins in particular Elementor & the theme companion, it affects the hamburger menu on my phone which doesn’t work.
    Please help
    Thank you

    Hi,
If blocking any of the default URLs, can you try to disable that option?
If possible send a URL to your site so I check from this side.

    Thanks

    Hi

Thank you for responding so quickly. Due to the issue, I reset the plugin back to default awaiting help.

I’m not sure what you mean here, “If blocking any of the default URLs, can you try to disable that option?”

    Thank

    Hi,
Sorry for my ambiguity. Some options have a “Block default” feature. For example the “WP Includes” :

Try to keep such options set to No and see if makes a fix for the problem.

    Thanks

    Hi Maya

The sample set-up doesn’t work at all with my mobile menu.

    If I configure the following:

    1. New Theme Path including child

    2. Plugin Section, New plugin path which (should cover all plugins)

    3. New Plugin path of 3 plugins that keep being detected

    4. Without blocking anything

My mobile menu works but the 3 plugins are still detected if I change the path or not.

I have tried different browsers but I still have the same results.

    Hi Maya

In addition to my last message I have noticed that my FAQs built using the toggle application in elementor will not open on my phone or desktop.

    Thank you

    Hi,
Try to change those plugins paths through WP Hide > Rewrite > Plugins, clear the cache and check again.
An option appears misconfigured or produces a conflict with the current plugins/theme. Try to disable the WP-Hide options one by one, to figure out which one causes this.

If can’t figure it out, get in touch through our contact and we’ll take it further.

    Thanks

    Hi Maya

All the configurations I have been making were through the WP Hide plugin only and I always cleared the cache and browser each time.

The WP Hide options were disabled one by one for me to find out that WP Hide has issues with my theme and some of my plugins. As mentioned above, if I only used the settings I mentioned without anything else the issue persists.

The sample set-up should have worked, shouldn’t it?

    Thank you
