plugin and tag and plugins catalog

  • I have add a plugin (xilitheme select) with tags as iphone, theme …. when I search it with this tag – iphone – in the plugins tag cloud… it does not appear in the result – why ?
    Where to add a plugin in the main categories on left sidebar ? Through tags ??
