plugin and site performance (speed)

    Hello there, I have a quick question, I have many plugin and my site is kinda slow, I notice that couple plugin are for admin use only like

    All-in-One WP Migration, Dashboard Directory Size, Google Analytics for WordPress by MonsterInsights, Hello Dolly, Loco Translate.

    do these affect the load speed for users? or they do not because user do not have access or anything to do with them.
