plugin and dashboard crash

I’ve noticed that my dashboard has been not working, with an out-of-memory error that seems to correspond to this plugin being activated.

Here’s a **screenshot of the dashboard screen** during the crash, which displays the Dashboard Wordcount data to a point, then the rest of the dashboard does not display.

Disabling the wordcount plugin returns the dashboard to normal function. I think I noticed the dashboard problem before 4.4.
