[Plugin: amr users] Export Not Working – Missing button

Quick note on the run – I have it showing on my system – will need to check if the uploaded version has been corrupted… otherwise maybe your upgrade got corrupted somehow (that area did not change between versions)

I’ve just imstalled amr-users and I am having the same problem, the configure user lists page doesnt have a download link after clicking csv export or txt export

I just did a totally clean “add new” plugin from wordpress and cannot recreate the problem.

I need some more info to try figure out why this is happening to you. @mssbee sounds like an upgrade, but @wolfweb sounds like a new install …

I can see that the readme has the wrong version though, so maybe not all the files got updated correctly. will do a small update to fix that, and will double check that all files get updated.

Please advise back:
1) on the general settings page, in the Text for csv link is there

2) If you know how to do a “inspect element” using chrome or firefox extensions firebug.. can you see if there is any html generated and maybe the image is just not showing ?

3) If any of you have a public front end list (public with csv ticked on) that I could look at , i could check myself on the html.

Deleted Plugin through FTP and uploaded latest plugin.
1) Yes the image code is here
2) Inspected and compared code from 3.3.2 (working version) to 3.3.5 and found all information regarding form is not showing in the new version.
3) Turned off all plugins – didn’t change outcome 3.3.5
I found your email address on your website, I could email the source code from both 3.3.2 and 3.3.5 if you would like.

Hi there – I found it – it’s the non public csv export (links at top in admin area) that got broken due to change in way thinngs work on that end (Public lists now go to a file, rather than being generated realtime), so public lists were working, but non public not…

also there is the small matter of lists that are switched back to non public ….

as a temp measure you can make it public, rebuild cache, export, then make it not public again. The file is somewhat hidden.

Next update will have improvements in that area – I need to spend some time reviewing the various requirements to make sure I keep the security and functionality and not break anything more.
