    Hi sfedona,

It is telling you that it cannot create a csv directory under uploads and asking you to check the permissions on the uploads folder to see if they allow creation of a folder.

Alternatively you could create a folder manually yourself called ‘csv’ under your uploads folder.

It uses the csv folder for any csv extracts for public reports.

There is also the possibility that there is something unusual about your wp folder setup that theplugin has not anticipated. Do you have a ‘normal’ uploads folder designation?

    I have a “normal” wp-content/uploads installation.
Wordpress is uploading normaly in to it.

Also, I created a /uploads/users_csv in the root directory.
    All is CHMODed at 777.

I have suspition about shared webhost settings here, which are not a subject to be changed.

It was an issue with permissions on hosting after all.
