Plugin always hangs on trying to create archive stage

I’m using Backwpup plugin. But plugin always hangs on trying to create archive stage when I try to create backup if file size larger than 20mb. Please see screenshothttps://kingofcv.co.nz/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/hang.jpg
