plugin also for shop manager

hi, my site is updated to the latest versions of woocommerce and wordpress and I must say that the plugin works very well, the only problem I encounter is with the shop manager user, only the administrator can manage the plugin, how can I do that also can the shopmanager handle it? Thank you
