[Plugin: ALO EasyMail Newsletter] Can't send out newsletters

At first: can you send other emails with WP (e.g. recovery password)? Sometimes there could be a general problem with php mail function on your blog, not only with the plugin.

If there was problem with general php mail funtion, how could I fix it.

Sometimes the problem is the sender email. A lot of servers require as sender a real email address with the same domain name of the hosting.
You can replace the WP sender email and name in in “Newsletters > Settings > tab Newsletter”. E.g. if your blog is on craft-bilt.com the sender could be an existing address like [email protected].
If this tip does not solve, I suggest that you ask to your provider about php mail function.

Magically, everything is now working.

We have already contact our host. They say we are using Google as our mail server, and they said it might be something to do with Google. They said Google might even blocked us temporally, because this problem happened after we sent out bulk e-mail(newsletter) to our clients (1000+).

Any tips? that we can eliminate this kind of problem in the future.

You can ask your host about the sending limits: how many emails per day, hour, minute, batch… So you can set up those values in plugin settings and be sure to not go too far (Newsletters > Settings > tab Batch sending).
