    Sorry – forgot to offer the sample page where you can see it works in Chrome, on Windows or on Droid, but it doesn’t show on iPhone and I’m assuming not on iPad:

    You need to make sure that when you add a video to your kaltura server that you have selected the mobile flavors for transcoding. If you add those flavors then the video player will revert to HTML5 video for video playback instead of flash.

    If you are running your own kaltura server, then that part is easy. You have total control over what ‘flavors’ of transcoders are used.

    If you are not running your own kaltura server, but pay kaltura, then you probably need to contact them and request that they enable the mobile flavors.

    @anointed: I really can’t thank you enough. I had about given up on this plugin but now that I logged into the KMC and have seen all you can do with Kaltura, I’m completely blown away.

    My next mission is to figure out how to incorporate it into Buddypress so people can upload videos onto their profile pages.

    Thank you so much again for taking the time to respond. That was an easy change and I’ll be able to use Kaltura for my other projects.
