[Plugin: All In One SEO Pack Windows Live Writer Bridge] No DLL file to bridge!

I downloaded and installed the plugin from wordpress site. I looked in the zip file and there is no dll file to include in WLW. The author’s page does not provide a link to download the required dll file. A search on the web returned no success.

There is a definitie need for this plugin but this is not currently working as far as I can tell.
