Here is my reply:

In calendar view, if you have whole week event it shows this event just only in first day not in another days. I think it would be nice to show this event in every day. Is that possible??

As soon as the ticket is fixed, you will be able to update the calendar and enjoy that feature.
We are making a release every 2 weeks, next release is scheduled for 16th of Jan 2012.

Second, would it be possible to show this end dates in widget too (small font for example)?

This is quite possible, however you will need someone here to implement this for you, hire a developer, or use our premium support.
