    Hi [email protected],

    I have not heard of this happening before. At what point did they become unattached to the event? If you re-attach the event does it remain attached?

    It appears that every time the event refreshes, the image is lost. This is occurring on v 1.8.2 as well as all the previous versions we were testing.

    Hi [email protected],

    I just want to check one thing first: When you upload an image, are you clicking “insert into post”?

    If you are doing this, and the image is still not attaching, please email us your WordPress admin login info to [email protected] and we will take a closer look. Please copy and paste the above info so we have the context.

    Yes, images are being inserted, as well as set as “Featured Image” and the images eventually de-associate with the event. The images stay in the media library however.

    The images ARE attaching, just after a time they go away.

    Are you trying to attach images to events which are being imported from a calendar feed? Each time the feed is updated, the events are “deleted” and then “replaced” with new events, so this would explain why the images are disappearing.

    @support@as220.org

    I have not heard back from you on this, but it just occurred to me why this may be happening. The events you are trying to attach an image to – are they imported events? Imported events being imported from an active feed will be updated (at the incidence set by the user) and will therefore overwrite any changes you make, including images. I expect this is what is happening. Please confirm if the events you are editing are from a feed. Thank you.

    Yes, I had contacted you over at Timely too. This is the issue. This can be closed and resolved. Users are now creating everything in WordPress and then subscribing to filtered calendars.

    thanks

    You’re welcome!
