[Plugin: All-in-One Event Calendar] Error on Install

Two pretty major things going on after install and activation…
Cant get this notice to disappear.
All-in-One Calendar Notice
Core calendar files are not installed.Also, when i click on the settings link I get this error:
You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.Furthermore, There is no events post-type and no access to the plugin under settings.
The only thing I can imagine is that I dont have dns pointed to the domain name yet so my links look like this
