I love this plug-in; it does exactly what we need it to!

I see that this has been asked before, but I’m a little too new to CSS to know exactly where to make the changes that I want. I am looking to remove the white and grey alternating background from the sidebar widget and have the sidebar color show through instead- which would leave me with the little date icons and the rounded corner box listing the event, but the spaces around them would just “disappear” into the regular sidebar background.

I attempted some CSS inserts from various threads, but wasn’t successful in changing that specific area of the widget. If anyone could walk me through where I should be looking to make changes, I would be eternally grateful!

Look in the file wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-event-calendar/css/general.css at line 206. There you find a css rule named .ai1ec-agenda-widget-view .ai1ec-date. Remove or comment out all the lines for the background.

Don’t forget to back up general.css before you update the plugin to a new version.
