[Plugin: All-in-One Event Calendar] Agenda View – Can I Change the Cut Off Date for Listings

  • It appears that in the agenda view there is a cut-off for listings that are more than a couple of months out. Can that be changed and how?

    For example, there is a special meeting in October that is categorized a particular way. When I choose that category, the event doesn’t show up unless I click the “Next Events” link, even though there is only one other event in that category.

    We have some changes to the way that the Agenda view is displayed coming up. I will add this request to see if this can be resolved at the same time.

    I just checked our development log, and it looks like this will be fixed in the next release.

    I just updated ot the lastest version, and still the Agenda doesn’t go out more than a few days. Is there a setting I’m missing or something? If it’s the next major release, is there somewhere in the code I can tweak this?

    From the WP Dashboard, click Events > Settings (or Settings > Calendar) and scroll down the page and you will see Agenda page show at most and to immediate right you can enter whatever max number you want.

    Make sure you scroll down further and click Update Settings

    It’s already set to 20. The problem is the first event scheduled is 2 weeks out. This isn’t about how many items it displays, but how far out it looks.

    Never thought about setting the list based on time, but it does make sense. For me, setting the length of list based on time would yield a longer list than I would want.
