[Plugin: Ajax Weather] v.1.4 released

Today I received an email from an European member who needs the Celsius degree instead of Fahrenheit for temperature. Right now I am not free, so I made simple update v.1.4 to show Fahrenheit and Celsius simultaneously. I know, someday the radio button at admin-menu to select Both/ Celsius/ Fahrenheit will be the target I must go.
