[Plugin: Ajax Event Calendar] What happened to user role for Calendar Contributor?

I cannot see the role for Calendar Contributor, so I created it. I do not see any option to let the user see the Calendar in the available checkboxes?
Also, I seem to have lost the ajax screens popping up after clicking on a date to add details?
Can you help please?
