[Plugin: After the Deadline] Global Settings Feature Request

It would be cool if this had a global settings feature. As far as I can tell, each individual user has to configure their settings.

At least for my site, a global settings option would be a godsend. I can see why individual preferences are enabled by default, but giving a choice between the two would really be superb.
